Jewish Learning Fellowship (JLF)

Do you want to meet new people and have deep conversations?

 

JLF is a 10-week experiential, conversational seminar for students looking to deepen their understanding of Judaism on their own terms.

 

Those who participate will get a free meal or snack at every session. All students who fulfill the Fellowship expectations earn a stipend. No prior experience with Jewish learning required. Registration for Fall 2024 will open in August!

Kol Yisrael

Do you want to dive deep into conversations about Israel, Zionism, and current events?

Kol Yisrael is a 6-10 week conversational seminar for students to build a safe space to have deep conversations, explore different perspectives, and hear diverse narratives.

​

Those who participate will get a free meal or snack at every session. All students who fulfill the Fellowship expectations earn a stipend. No prior experience with the topic required. Registration for Fall 2024will open in August!

Shabbat Hosting Lab

Do you want to learn Shabbat ritual skill sets, how to host your friends for a meal, and money from Hillel to host your own Shabbat dinners? 

 

Shabbat Hosting Lab (SHL) is a 10-week experiential, conversational seminar where students explore ritual, the spirituality and significance of Shabbat, and important adulting skills.

 

Participants will receive a free meal or snack at every session. All students will host 2 Shabbat meals for their friends (Jewish or not!) in their own living space, and receive money to support their hosting needs. In addition, all participants will receive a stipend upon completion of the cohort. This cohort will be held in the spring.
